MyItinerary allows meeting attendees to browse the entire program and create a personalized itinerary.
Explore sessions by day, view presentation details and add items to your itinerary.
Meeting attendees can search the program agenda. Filter by session type and search across session titles, abstract titles, presentation locations, author names or affiliations.
Review your itinerary and look for schedule conflicts
and withdrawn items
. Adjust your schedule as needed by adding and removing items.
Email your personalized itinerary.
On this screen you can take notes on the conference and email them to yourself or anyone.
Check this screen for additional information provided by the meeting organizers.
Venue Map/City Map:
Here you will be able to view a map of the meeting venue(s) and get acquainted with the surrounding area.
Options and instructions are provided to help you sync your itinerary with your Google calendar among others.
From this screen, attendees will be able to import
their saved itinerary from the ScholarOne Abstracts full application. Enter the credentials used to name your itinerary then tap import. Your saved itinerary will be added to the mobile application.
Attendees may also export their mobile itineraries to the full application. It is important to carefully enter your itinerary name.
Last minute announcements will be displayed on this screen.

Attendees can go to this screen to read the Conference's Twitter Feed.
Login on this screen or go to the Setting's screen. Attendees can select a username and chat with others with My Itinerary during the conference.
